Yup. Multiple injuries, and red packs going down the drain.
As I wrote I got 2 more injuries and the players were fit. One of the injuries was just like this...
My star MC got a 8 day injury today, and I have the second leg of a cup match that I'm 3-1 down in later tonight.
Had to break out 15 reds.

No, I havent got any injuries. Last one is 3 days ago. Sorry didn't realize you mean just today.
These 8 days injuries, perhaps broken foot? I have only ever had 1 broken foot. today 2 in 2 different teams.
When someone making a full recovery, another players getting injured. It never stops since the beginning of season.
I think that is 'basic nordeus formula'
