The player generated can be of any age and Quality. They happen whenever there isn't enough players for sale, so if your Market is busy with people selling there won't be as many. The biggest wave of them usually happens in the beginning of the day.

Generated players are not always great players, but are usually good trainers.

I have seen "Nordeus gens" in my server ONCE.

My server is always full of young players that managers from upper levels get for free in the youth academy.

They see them as poor players and they sell them.

So, young players in my server are rarely very good.

This is a nice server for Belgrade, because if we want good players we have to spend tokens.
