Never ever heal a player just to make him play. They wont tell you but I am sure 101% that every time one player after injury is told to join the match, a secret injury rating is added up on his stats.

No I cant prove that, but it happened to me and many many more players as I read injury threads. It is not certain he will be injured again, but chances are high he will. Its a risk sometimes not worth getting.
