    It's a combination of 1 & 5 its not as simple as a roll of a dice otherwise the leagues would all be really close but level after level you'll always see the strongest teams rise to the top.

    Before anyone says anything i'm not saying they finish exactly in quality order but its not far off that's why its a combination of both 1 & 5

    It your opponent team is also giving the bonus then it just cancels out...At higher levels giving out bonus is not feasible so no one is giving out bonus so there is no difference in results...

    And more ever since you are not giving any bonus so your team has became acclamatised yo it over a period of time...There is definitely a some type of cohesion in the game...
