    Assuming that both teams are using a legal formation (regardless which one), it's probably just 1 and 5.

    It your opponent team is also giving the bonus then it just cancels out...At higher levels giving out bonus is not feasible so no one is giving out bonus so there is no difference in results...

    And more ever since you are not giving any bonus so your team has became acclamatised yo it over a period of time...There is definitely a some type of cohesion in the game...
