Similar here july .....am playing in a level 17 league...but am a level 20 manager.....gud that u dont lose stars and get lots of legends....but overall I think it slows team development down and allows others to catch up.....my servers highest manager level is 20 and there are only 2 of us on that....have played at level 17 for three seasons now and it looks like I will be playing at that level for a few more seasons......regardless of what position I finish in league!
