    The most highest TopEleven level ?

    I am interested in what is currently the highest level?
    Which team is the best in the highest rank?

    I'm 22nd level ....

    In a real football competition - we have The Champions league... and we know Bayern FC was 2013. Champ.
    My quest is - which team was 2013. Season TopEleven Champion !?

    There is a limit of the highest league level on each server and every so often some teams are held back from promotion to stop them going to far ahead of everyone else in the server. For example... My Manager Level is 30 but My club Level is 29 and plays as a Level 29 team. As far as I'm concerned... I'm Level 29 rather than Level 30.

    Similar here july .....am playing in a level 17 league...but am a level 20 manager.....gud that u dont lose stars and get lots of legends....but overall I think it slows team development down and allows others to catch up.....my servers highest manager level is 20 and there are only 2 of us on that....have played at level 17 for three seasons now and it looks like I will be playing at that level for a few more seasons......regardless of what position I finish in league!
