Scout Players above the level they should be ?

Loaded topeleven last night and was happy to see my cup draw had been done, Lets take a look and see if any decent players on the transfer market thinking i don't really need anyone as my squad was tanking last season still got promoted :S

To my surprise all scout players are level 71 to 74 that's almost an 8 star player for me

So i snapped up 7 of them !

check your league you may have teams above you meaning you are at top of server, so to you they are higher but to them lower

I've had this once before, When I was L25 I got put in a L26 league and had 7* scouts, needless to say they were still OAP's and I didn't buy any of them that season.

Raykco would be the guy in the forum that has most experience with 7* scout list.

I bought 7 of them age's from 22 to 26 lowest skill rating 73.

I now see why as we are in league level 10 promoted from level 8 to 10 ? and i tanked trying to stay in level 8 and finished 7th place arghhh

this is why i check the league first to see what level other are even though i know there should be 3 levels above me, this why i`l just tank (not finish in top 7 ) so there will be levels above

I think i have a very good chance at winning the league and if not it will be fun as a few of my friends have been placed in the league with me

Tank this season as well, and next season you'll have an 8* team!

Go for it if your league opponents can not deal with.
Grab what you can, seems like a good deal to me and I would go for that if chances were on my side!
