bank balance in the minus

Hi I have just started season 7 and i have noticed that teams in my league have a bank balane in the minus and great rated teams however when i try to bid on a player that i cant afford it wont allow my bid to go through cos i dont have enough money, how is this possible

You are allowed to bid on a player thats bidding starts below your balance and go over, but you can't start a bid for a player that's bid is already over your budget

Too add that if they have a minus in the bank they have a week to be in +.
If don't, the game will select one player of the team to be sold.
Of course as Skidz said if you don't have enough money to bid for a player, you can not do that....

The player that gets sold is one of your best! so be carefull.

It will start with the highest value player and keep selling til you are out of debt.

The reason people do it is this

If you have for example 20M in the bank and you see 2,3 or 4 players on the transfer market you want at 20M each. If you have the tokens you can bid on all of them and then if you win them all sell off who ever you need to to get you bank balance back in credit.

In the early levels i did it ever year and found it a great way to upgrade your even if at the time i was a little cash strapped. Thankfully i never got to the point where i lost players.
