Bro,your not the only one having experienced troll results. It happened to me this season to lost against weaker teams with inactive managers in CL:I was leading 3-1 and I lost 4-3!!! TWICE!!!
Tomorrow I will play my CL final and maybe be trolled again.This is how the game is designed to be.

There is a lot of reasons, but main reason is that Nordeus doesn't respect and care enough about their customers (players), but Nordeus care very much about their (our) money.
Eg. manager buys tokens, doesn't receive them, asks support - no answer (recently created thread on forum, he didn't received80T)

Support is awful and it reflects Nordeus attitude about managers and their money.
Only active and useful moderator is Cat Harrison (thanks Cat for help every time we ask), others are inactive and useless.
What is then purpose of threads, questions, suggestions etc.?
If you scroll down main page you can notice forum statistics:
77k+ members (accounts)
under 3k "active"
in reality 15-20 active members + few newbies (including me, 2 months here)

WHERE THE F**K ARE 70 000+ MEMBERS OF FORUM????? WHY ARE THEY GONE??? WHAT HAPPENED??? ALIEN INVASION??? EBOLA??? SOME OTHER EPICEMIC???

This game is few years old. It needs improvements, it needs fresh things, additions, changes etc. We have suggested them to change game - nothing done. They used to say "We will consider your suggestion" and then nothing. They remind me on goverments of Balkan's countires - promise everything, do nothing.

Players realise after few seasons that game concept is made to force you to spend more and more Tokens=real money. Spend money every season until it becames nightmare on levels above 20, then spend more, more, more... Some of them somehow manage keep playing, but lot of players leave this game way before they reach high levels.
Where is the point when you have to pay with money to keep playing game???
