There is a lot of reasons, but main reason is that Nordeus doesn't respect and care enough about their customers (players), but Nordeus care very much about their (our) money.
Eg. manager buys tokens, doesn't receive them, asks support - no answer (recently created thread on forum, he didn't received80T)

Support is awful and it reflects Nordeus attitude about managers and their money.
Only active and useful moderator is Cat Harrison (thanks Cat for help every time we ask), others are inactive and useless.
What is then purpose of threads, questions, suggestions etc.?
If you scroll down main page you can notice forum statistics:
77k+ members (accounts)
under 3k "active"
in reality 15-20 active members + few newbies (including me, 2 months here)

WHERE THE F**K ARE 70 000+ MEMBERS OF FORUM????? WHY ARE THEY GONE??? WHAT HAPPENED??? ALIEN INVASION??? EBOLA??? SOME OTHER EPICEMIC???

This game is few years old. It needs improvements, it needs fresh things, additions, changes etc. We have suggested them to change game - nothing done. They used to say "We will consider your suggestion" and then nothing. They remind me on goverments of Balkan's countires - promise everything, do nothing.

Players realise after few seasons that game concept is made to force you to spend more and more Tokens=real money. Spend money every season until it becames nightmare on levels above 20, then spend more, more, more... Some of them somehow manage keep playing, but lot of players leave this game way before they reach high levels.
Where is the point when you have to pay with money to keep playing game???

The Forum use is average 400 on, 40 registered. Many register only so they can see pictures, and then don't post much. I think there are many people always quitting, but that is true any game. Though I agree they need to keep improving if they want players (especially the higher level people!!) to stay. New facilities, less weird results, and handy app same as desktop would make a lot more people happy with the game, but changes seem to take time,. And some, like the commentary, aren't all that appreciated.

I do try to answer when I can be helpful, but as I am just a normal manager I cannot answer everything., The Forum is primarily for managers to discuss the game, not to give tech answers... specific complaints should always to be reported to Nordeus Support to make sure someone at the company sees it. They have helped me when I didn't get T (well before I was Mod for you conspiracy people!) and I did receive the T, from being on here I know some methods take longer to get T, SMS being the most risky since the steps it goes through more companies. I wish they worked more convenient hours though, I mean.. it IS a 24 hour game, right? Just a wish.
I also communicate the popular suggestions regularly to them. As I said, I think changes take time, and maybe I'm more patient.

and about spending money, you really don't have to. Even if you live where there aren't many offers for t, the occasional missed promotion will happen, but you can be pretty competitive and then play a couple good seasons, and skip promotion when you want to strengthen up your Team. It works fairly well, I have a team that plays 35T a season (first few seasons vs. other forumers) that I have a lot of fun with:

had a few injuries here an there over the season but last 3 day`s are a piss take 6 injuries 1 in match and 5 while normal stretching, now i might have 1.878 red packs but i refuse too them until Nordeus sort this crap out, NO WAY in HELL do red packs earned over a season equal out the amount of injuries received

what the heck is wrong with this game? last season i had crazy amount of injuries. right now i have totally none but practically ALL my players in a full squad of 22 are playing with a FORM of 5-6. advice anyone???

Don't invoke bad luck.
I call that inury period. it happens once in season when in short time ~1/3 of your players gets injured, every day at least one.

@#$@#$ cup again , whenever i play cup games , seems like my players forgot how to play football , they cant pass , they cant shoot , they cant do anything right . and it always looks like i dont have goalkeeper on the field . what do i have to do to win the cup ? buy 100000 tokens ??? will that make nordeus happy . this is just ridicoulous

A little letter to Nordeus

Dear Nordeus,

I would like to say thank you for the 6 injuries you have inflicted on my players this season (2 from training and 4 from matches). Coincidentally I see a conspiracy of your game engine turning against me and other managers out there that targets the best players in my squad, quite frankly I have had enough of your targeted injuries and I refuse to use any of my red packs to deal with your discrimination and yet you continue again and again to do so until I will subside and admit defeat to your stupid ****. Is it that of a coincidence that the strongest players and the ones I need the most get injured consecutively? No I don't think so...

P.S I know other managers have it worse but I in particular have run out of patience with this ****



Oh, Nordeus that is not all.. Oh no. This match that I have in particular I have been so such bull**** in one match. This was the nail on the coffin of my patience in this game and quite frankly you won't care that I will go which I would totally understand.

Despite being wary of a potential comeback by my opponent I had a slight feeling that this may happen. Therefore, I went defensive but it did nothing to stop the fate of my career in this game



I really admire the managers out there who deal with this everyday and yet still get on with the game as normal and never give up. It is a commendable effort and I hope you will continue to fight this deadly virus that is the troll of the game engine and emerge victorious. Its unfortunate that I have very little patience with this bull**** which is a battle that is lost before it even starts. The community here is lovely with great people and its been great interacting with other managers on the forums. But for me, I think this is where my enjoyment of the game comes to an end and I am not going to continue to play a game that I do not enjoy anymore and even start consider a chore.

So Nordeus please shove this game up your ass and lick your well earned money because you have just lost another small player in your ranks,

I just watched and supported a friend in a match. Her team had better all round players 5* Goalie vs their 3* striker. Her set up 3def 1 dmc 5 mid 1 striker. her opponent had 5 def 3 mid 1 amc and 1 striker.
Bear in mind that all of my friends team were better players, she also dominated mid field, it was a home game for her, I was supporting and there were no managers watching so that is supposed to be an extra +7% possession for her.
My friend with the better team only had 35% possession of the ball to 65% possession from the ****ter team; plus the worse team had a 50% shot efficiency!
The crap team also only had a 1* goalie vs a 4* striker! ... The end score? 5-0 to the crap team.... the better team losing miserably!
REALLY?!?
How are these games worked out?!?
my guess is that since my friend has NEVER paid for any bonuses it is likely that the other person has at least spent something on the game so that converts to wins where no win should exist!
