    nope because I would have 16 in my pic but I have 12. I have played 16 seasons and my team is level 12 still, so i believe its exactly like I asked and Skidz confirmed, where he took over a lower level team. thanks for the thought though. if you can prove you are correct, then I will humbly apologize, but otherwise, I am sure that someone will confirm what Skidz said and i speculated.

    I tank alot and its not the same for me. I show 12 in level and manager but this is my 16th season after 4 tankings.

    I agree with skidz, its most like that the guy dumped his team and took one 2 levels lower.
