I've been playing TopEleven less than month, I have a question. . How can I chose a team to mange it.. I mean it's a team without manager now and it has a reslly good players can I take it or it's not allowed?

Do you mean switch teams to manage? if that is the case then you just take over a team that is controlled by a bot. its under the manager tab. You can only take over teams suggested by the game
WARNING!!!, If you do take on a vacant team there is no going back!!!, you will keep your tokens and booster packs but thats it!, once changed it is irreversable!.

You talk about the Job Center, and as the mates said, if you select another team, you will leave your actual club.
