    now i tell you what happened... when he wrote we were morons i waited 20 mins... then i reported both his posts.
    Pricop came online and banned him, without even bothering to read the whole thread. This is wwhat mods here usually do

    then before they lock this thread, maybe they can clarify more as far as i`v EVER read only admins can ban where as mods can only shut down or lock threads as well move threads to appropriate forum

    yes all the other mods can't, but pricop can.
    but in the end not forget that what mods ask, devs do... I don't think they reject what mods ask
