from level 4 your player needs to 5 star and 1 skill of scout and only level 4 can bid, when level 5 you can sign 4 star and train too 1 skill of 5 star and level 4 can bid and when level 6 you can sign 3 star and 4 star same again train to 1 skill away from next star and you get 2 and 1 level below able too bid, but this really works if young player`s]
