How can I get 260000 seats

Hi, first sorry for my bad english.
Now I have level 13 stadium 183.000 and in 3 days I'll have level 14 211.000. I've seen people who have 260.000 and I wondered to know how I can have those seats

If i improve seating

Small - 7.000
Medium - 14.000
Large - 21.000

So 211.000 + 7000 + 14000 + 21000 = 253.000

Hope someone can explain me how I have to do.

Upgrades are 12,250 then another 12,250 and a final 24,500 to make the 211,000 stadium into a full upgraded 260,000 world arena.

Yeah - seating upgrades will be more once it has finished being built than they were for the smaller capacity stadium.
