    Do these go up in value once u get to higher values?

    Yes they do, at lvl 6 league you get 12,7 millions if you win it

    What? I'm playing in a level 22 Cup as a level 15 team and I'd only get 13.2M for a win in the final, unless you've added together the prize money for all rounds.
