Hey guys, i'm fed up of being drawn against the best teams and all my friend that are 1 or 2 levels behind me being drawn agianst very weak teams all the time and always winning trophies... So i decided to finish outside the top 7 and i just wanna know if my players' stars and quality will decrease as if i'm in the upper level?
