Having the 5-6 right players who seldom have bad games. Either by luck or by buying smart. And playing a decent formation & order

Anyway, I can accept losing points because it's just a matter of probabilities, but the thing that drives me crazy most is the fact that other players win easily without watching the match!
And it's not just 1 match, but 10 consecutive.
The problem is, you really don't know whether to replace your player with new player or not the next season. Cos you guys says this 'thing' happen always... And you can't really know the dip you're facing its becos your player is not performing, or it's bcos Nordeus is trying to kill you!!
Actually, it's 7 straight defeat until yesterday's match!!
But today I won my last league match of the season... Something to salvage at last...
Does new players have to have adjustment period to the squad?
I just bought 2 new players and after two matches both their rating are 5 and 6.
