I just bought a 4* 18 year old Nord generated Center Mid on the market last night. He's got an 83 rating, and a good training rate of 21.8, with no special ability.

I paid too much, but it wasn't 2-3 times the player's market value like I've seen some do lately.

What do you mean by training rate? Is that hard or normal? For which training exercise?
