You ofton get lists like that!, you never get them all ending in 4 or 9 just the odd one or two and ofton they can be quite old, 28/29!, they will be good though but not always the first year!, token scouts are actually an investment, I have used scouts for a few seasons now and find some perform straight away and others take a season to settle in, meaning average this season very good the next one!.
