I dont think so. I was in a level 15 cup last season and a level 14 cup the season before... so thats why I said level 16 next season, not sure if that's how it works

I've been a Level 16 cup last 2 seasons on my server but I believe there is Level 21 teams on my server next season since when I joined my friend team was 6 levels higher than me on my server.

lol, after buying all those scouts, it just seems stupid to sign the 4* youth player, when its not going to get in the team.. lol

I'm not afraid of the scout buyers, I would like to see 'Batigo United' show their faces around as we have a score to settle with them.

Reckon this team is enough for level 4 or should I invest in scouts for GK, DML and AML? Players in bold style writing are going to be power trained.

Sure, that team will win the league with 4-5games to go. CL may be a different ball game
