Again a slow start. We started off with the butterfly against his 4-4-2 but same old story as earlier so I switched to a 4-5-1 V (didn't need any subs) and we were rewarded with goals. Crawford had a chance to double his tally but his shot was dragged wide.

Suht algaja vnii needed to win this game to have any chance of progressing at our expensive but in reality they never stood a chance... Papaleo started the game excellent for us by distracting defenders away to get a perfect pass to Crawford to give us the lead immediately, Papaleo should of made it 2-0 moments later and Zidane had a shot blocked as well, then the home side tried to create some chances but Holvoet proved impassable on the right side of out defence and Vasko made a vital interception to stop it being 1-1, Holvoet was just clearing everything that came at us in the 1st half, second half begun like the first Papaleo's shot on goal narrowly went wide, and on the hour P.McNamara ended this as a contest as he beat the last defender to get his powerful shot on target to score, Zidane from 20 metres in our next attack also found the net, L.McNamara showed his fantastic skills again as he rounded off the defence and smashed it past the keeper for 4-0, Kevin Mensah picked up a yellow and Holvoet made a good tackle to stop an attack from the home side which ment we kept another clean sheet.
Goals: Crawford (2) P.McNamara (60) Zidane (67) L.McNamara (75) MOTM: Holvoet.
There is still an outside chance of us winning the group as jackals drew 1-1 with Sentepespor.
I'm planning to make 10-20 transfers, just free (f) players to make some moneys for the next season.

Hey lads, I sadly lost today the first points in CL group stage. :(
I played with 4-4-2 vs. a 3-2-3-2. First everything ran well. Left winger Abdel Aal moved forward after 11 minutes, outplayed 2 defenders and the keeper. Striker Afriyee could even extend the lead to 2-0 (57.). But then the match turned, my opponent could close the gap to 1-2 (59.) and even equalize 8 minutes later.
Earlier the day I faced in the league another 3-2-3-2. I chose the same tactics and mentality like later in CL. Midfielder Manuel Rasch led the match into the right direction with two early goals (9.), (15.). Abdel Aal (had two play twice today, because he is my only ML in the squad, my other left winger is AML/AMC) could extend the lead with another 2 goals (42., 46.) before defender Ziereis moved in the last quarter forward after a corner and marked the 5-0 final score (80s).
With this win I climbed from 4th to 3rd, but tomorrow I play away at the league leader. He is already 6 points ahead of me, has a very strong squad and adopts tactics quite well so far. He seems to take me serious, because he did today some late minute transfers and power trained one of his forwards to 6*. That will be tough.
