That's very strange. I don't know how much use it would be on an MC - even if it's available, there's many other SAs that I would choose from that are better suited to an MC.

I know! And I see this stuff almost daily: ST with dribbler, DC with playmaker and now MC with defensive wall...

Its logical as a play maker should be a midfielder what would a normal defender doing with this ability haha

I really want to create a new team now and just buy players with SAs that don't fit the position they are playing! Maybe some shadow striker defenders, and a AMC who is a defensive wall. That would freak people out, intimidation factor!

It is logical, you just didn't say that it was a DL/DML....you said it was a DL - I already knew that a DML could. You need to remember the thread is about SAs you don't expect not ones you do. But it doesn't matter.

Anyway I tested to see if starting a DMC on a DC meant Playmaker becomes available and as expected it doesn't (and its probably only me that wondered, cos you all knew ) so.....back to RJSlow's theory and wait for NorGens

I've seen a pure ST with the "Shadow Striker" ability in the transfer market. I wanted to buy him, but I didn't have the cash at the time :'(
