Question Playing new player straight away?

I just bought this guy Wirth.
Should I throw him straight away into fire or step by step?
Is this game that advance? What is your experience?
    Thanks.

P.S. what do you think about 2 playmakers playing at the same time?
    Any experience with that too?

Very good question! I'd like to know that as well. Like does player's age matter: is it a bad idea to throw a 18 y.o. 5* into CL knock-out fire but it's ok if he's 25 y.o. 5*?

Not much was said in last thread on this recently. Maybe search further or perhaps more will be contributed this time.

It depends, If it a position i really need i play him right away, If it only to cover another player, i try him slowly, use him as sub, playing last 30/20 minutes, then a full game.

About the 2 playmakers, in one of my teams my ML/AML and my MR/AMR both have playmaker ability, they are always in my top scorers and top assisters, they score more that assist, but probably that is because of the position they play.
THIS GAME IS TO RANDOM! I STOP WAISTING MY TIME!

I'm always "all in" with new players. It's mainly because if I've purchased them, it was because I had a hole to fill and my rule is that I don't buy unless the new player is at least 1* higher. I've been disappointed only once but even that guy is still on my roster since he fill 2 holes as a sub (DC and DR), and he seems to have decent form coming off the bench.

Anyway, in my opinion, if you didn't buy him to start, and there's no need for him to start, why did you bother at all? Seems like a waste of money.

I bought a few days ago a player that i need it and sent him from the first minute into play. Min. 74 got injured. 6 days. It's just bad luck, or new players should play few minutes in the beggining?
