I never strectch before games... Why lose condition before games, and sometimes even injure players?

My advice would be, just before the game as you're sitting in front of the computer, lean back and have a good stretch.

In fact i always after last game of the day i just always train all 3 things at same time, never thought if makes sense, just did, but i think the injuries are just random, this season i had 2 long term broken feet, leg, but other seasons loads more, so i think it just happened, lately i changed a player after 60min,the first new coment was he is injured after seconds of game play, so i think its random...

Check the backrest first and make sure that the legs are secure......maybe call a friend to come spot you. Erm, no I'm not sure.....just stay there don't move.
