    Stretching before games.

    Hi all, can someone tell me why you must stretch before a game and if I do stretch, won't i lose condition?

    why you must stretch? i never did that.. just strect your finger and play the game man..

    Some people believe that stretching before a match will reduce your chances of injuries. Your players will lose condition but it is a very little drop

    I think is stupid to do this before a game. Why you should lose condition right before a game?

    So you accept the fact that Stretching is purely cosmetic in this game and it does not reduces the chance of injuries......

    UI think stretching is necessary before doing the other training like cardio n practice match, like in reality, u need warm up before start training. U watch worldcup? So u see what all the guys doing before the referee starts the game... WARM UP = stretching
    And i dont think they do it for fun... U played football urself, then u would know what people do before the actual training starts...

    People break legs stretching in this game, I'd avoid it at all costs right before a match!

    Dont do it before a match, do it before u start training, its a warm up

    It will be a disgrace to football if we compared this game to football...

    Its not real. Celtic Rangers DC just suffered 2 days concussion warming up. Suppose it was because he trained at Hobbiton FC's new indoor pitch?
