Some people believe that stretching before a match will reduce your chances of injuries. Your players will lose condition but it is a very little drop
I think is stupid to do this before a game. Why you should lose condition right before a game?
UI think stretching is necessary before doing the other training like cardio n practice match, like in reality, u need warm up before start training. U watch worldcup? So u see what all the guys doing before the referee starts the game... WARM UP = stretching
And i dont think they do it for fun... U played football urself, then u would know what people do before the actual training starts...
People break legs stretching in this game, I'd avoid it at all costs right before a match!
It will be a disgrace to football if we compared this game to football...

Yes there is no logic, that's why it's funny to see people starts lot of threats about which formation beats another and do arrows work... Its all nonsense and random

Some people think stretching before a game works some don't. Injuries are so unpredictable that I don't know how to even begin testing so go with your gut. ;) (Don't stretch *runs*).
Yea, u right probably, and as i said same nonsense with tactic and formation, useless, my team is all 5 stars, i will not win against a all 6 star team or lose against a 3 star team, no matter what tactic i use o them, if the players stronger o weaker that's all what matters. U can win o lose once a while but league champions after 26games is always the strongest team, not important which formation...So best is stick on 1 formation get the player for it and keep it
I agree bro, i stick on my formation 9 level now, have a few leagues n two champions but if i lose o whatever i know it was cause the other guy better player and i dont mind, i enjoy my two games a day that's it. Win better of course but if lose doesn't matter but i dont buy token the game isn't that important to me

What has this topic turn into! All i wanted to know if it was good to stretch before a game. Lol
In fact i always after last game of the day i just always train all 3 things at same time, never thought if makes sense, just did, but i think the injuries are just random, this season i had 2 long term broken feet, leg, but other seasons loads more, so i think it just happened, lately i changed a player after 60min,the first new coment was he is injured after seconds of game play, so i think its random...
i play football and i believe stretching is good and reduce injures
