Somebody needs to explain this for me please!!

oh! guys, this game is about is nothing close to the real world we all know this.
the thing is that I always managed to comeback from 0:1 or 0:2 by substituting or changing the formation a bit but this time it didn't happen !!
I believed that if I manage my team well, at least I would win the matches that I supposed to win, don't you think so ?

So what would the point of playing be if the strongest team won everytime. Why not just decide who wins the league and cups based on who has the better team?
