And when i buy a player in negotiations - is he automatically put in negotiations list again? If i buy a player, can i then try to sell him for profit?

The player will not automatically go back on the negotiation list but may soon enough if left 1 skill point from 6*, yes once he is your player you can sell him for whatever others will pay for him via auction or by setting his re-sale price should he be negotiated for again
