Cool Does the player keep up with his team?

Hi everyone! Im in the 7 level. I have a player, who i guess he's one of the best players in Top Eleven.
His name is Rafael Silva, he's portuguese, 30 years old, Free kick specialist, quality is 44 (since im in the 7th league he is a 3 star player only) but... but... but.... in 43 matches he has 63 GOALS in league!!!! I think that's a lot of goals.

My other players has 50+ quality and this player has only 44.
How many seasons can he keep up with this results?? Don't forget he will play against other players who have superior quality.

    Let me know your opinions

Well he's retiring in max 4 seasons (maybe in 2-3) and he will almost not improve when he hits 32 so I say 1-2 seasons left for him to keep up.
    Not so many achievements:

    Season(lvl) League Champions l. Cup
    1(1) 1st - Prel.
    2(2) 1st 3rd Top 16
    3(3) 1st Top 16 Playoffs
    4(4) tbc. tbc. Playoffs

I Will keep him until he continue to perform. Dont look to mutch for the quality, look for what that player makes in the field.
Last season i had a 34 years old ML/AML 1* and he still scores 9 goals(100 goals total for the club) and made 9 assistes, 2MOM.

It is better to have a player with low quality in top form, that one with high quality with bad form.

They can recover from slumps. Sometimes applying points differently, or moving him (if it is a role with different spots) to see if he is happier there.

Sooner or later you'll have to sell him.
