Why I Can't make offer to buy friend's player

Seem to i have a problem as the title,
how to make the same server with friends to have buy a player from he?

cup games and if in champion`s league look at there squads and send friendship request that way, you can do same with league but unlikely they will sell as you are in same league

edit: also what level are you as you can only make offer`s from level 4 and upwards

i have already friend listed with my friend, he is my FB friend also
but when i see his squad and press for his player, and no appear the make offer button to me.

Only way to "change" servers is to set up a new FB account, and get your friend to send that account an invite to join the game, then start a new team on that FB account.

They ( Nordeus) ) say you can`t move server but that`s a load off twaddle i had a friend who i invited and was rewarded from referral and now suddenly stopped 9 short of his watching games for token, yet i KNOW he was watching not only his games but supporting me

Can you see his games on your friends fixture list? if you can't he is on a different server
