Considering 4-1-2mc-3, I suggest the following: 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 v style or 4-2mc-2aml/amr-2.

Left side is a conservative plan, while right side is a daring one.

Who has the best team? Are your teams of equal quality, or his team is superior to yours? Do you have any players in key position like aml/amr underperforming at the moment? Many things to think about before final decision.
