Between Free Agent and Agent

I look at Free Agents like this: if they are near their fourth star (absolutely you can train them), and their Market Value is high, they can be a worthy addition to your Team, and if they don't work on your Team you can sell them for profit. It's great way to make $$ but be careful buying just to resell though, if they are old (retirees cannot be sold, don't buy when 30 or older,) low Q, and especially if they are an MC, they can be hard to sell.
