    You'll get money when you finish the League. The higher you finish the more money you'll get. Check it out in Competition --> League --> Rules & Prizes.

    Get a free agent player and resell him. This will only works on higher levels.

    For the retirement, player do retire between 32-34 year olds. Once they retire and there are a gap in your squad, they will give you a 2-3* retiring player to fill your squad to its minimum.
