2)Only Level 1 got Free Agent Player?? Level 2 and so on no Free Agent?
3)How to get Level 2 ??? My Fans currently only have 300
4)How if my Player retire end this season..i will get new player???

1) Player age every time when the new season starts (in 4 days from today).
2) Yes, free agents are only 3 stars.
3) You level up also with new season if you finish 7th or above in the League.

1- Each Season is Like a year so if you played a season and you have a player with 18 years next season he will be 19
2- I didn't understand it " sorry "
3- If you get anywhere in the 7 first positions in league you get to level 2
3- you can buy players from the transfer market

2. at lower levels free agents are more common, but there are still free agents on the higher levels
4. When a player retires you get nothing in return

You can buy 18-19 y.o 5stars players now because they'll keep their quality up for next season and they will be 19-20y.o
Thats perfect age for a player :P
keep in mind that if you buy 5Stars player now in 4days(new season) he'll become 4Stars player
As they lose a star(only visual) every new level. If you buy 24Q 5Stars player now he'll be 24Q 4Stars player next season.
Try to get Avg Q to atleast 20 for next season-this will be enough to win the league(most of the times)

You'll get money when you finish the League. The higher you finish the more money you'll get. Check it out in Competition --> League --> Rules & Prizes.

Get a free agent player and resell him. This will only works on higher levels.

For the retirement, player do retire between 32-34 year olds. Once they retire and there are a gap in your squad, they will give you a 2-3* retiring player to fill your squad to its minimum.
