Yes agreed, if one watches the commentaries, I usually spend a few minutes rereading the commentaries IMMEDIATELY after the game, because if you pop out, the comments will be GONE. The gain or drop in moral is a personal player thing not a team wining or losing thing. My team can win BIG TIME, but if one player gets a yellow or even a red card his moral will nose dive and his rating can't be that great either.
If a total team moral drop coincides with a big lost, then its just most of the starting team in general sucked, but the odd one or two players may be fine and even gain moral.
