We strengthened our team with 7 attacking players after getting promoted and also sold a few. One of which was an accidental buy as we bid on 2 ALM and got the second one for 1T ... We will need to buy 1 DL/DC and 1 DR/DC as we only have 4 defenders atm and they are 4 stars only.
It is early on so playing an attacking formation with 3DCs would not be very risky (except in cup of course)

A a Z FC
After 1 injury on CUP game on day 1
After 3 injurys on CUP game on day 2 plus 1 injury in training
After 2 injurys on CL Game today plus 2 injurys in training after LEAGUE match
This makes 9 injured players in 3 days, are Nordeus kidding, were have this happen in real life? Isent this game supose to simulated real life football?
Bye Bye red packs, already had to use in 2 players, Fortunatly the player of day 1 only got a 2 days injury and already played today.
In any case we lost CL away 3:1
Won LEAGUE at home 6:1
THIS GAME IS TO RANDOM! I STOP WAISTING MY TIME!
This is the one reason that i don't train them.
I just play friendly matches with the second and weaker lineup. So that means that i never force my first squad and if someone in my first squad gets an injury from league cl or cup than i will only use the boosters. That's why i have 330and stable first squad
Started off the day by dropping the CL group opener, 4-2 and it wasn't really that close. We were easily out-shot and were down 2-nil after half an hour. Daniel Bilali and Julian Green scored to make the scoresheet look a bit better, but this was one to forget. We're now in 3rd in a difficult group.
Howard, Woods, Califf, Donne, Johnson, Okugo, Nogueira (Altidore 63'), Gomez (Cerny 77'), Frost, Green, Bilali (Johannsson 88')
Having made the decision to tank in the League, I started mostly backups and of course won, 3-1. Martin Cerny, 2nd half sub Bilali, and Garath McCleary all found the net, with the latter goals coming in the last 20 minutes. The stats say it was a close game that we probably shouldn't have won, so I expect this to ultimately be a fluke result. Still, we're in 2nd place for at least a day.
Howard, Beasley, Bjørge, Ikhide, Donne, Rowland, Cerny (Nogueira 77'), Vidal, McCleary, Altidore (Bilali 63'), Johannsson (Okugo 88')
After the match, my selling price was unexpectedly met on Amobi Okugo. The 25 year old CD/DMC had played in 170 matches in all competitions for Chargers, scoring 11 goals along the way. He wound up selling for $60.5 million and 5 tokens, so it was fairly profitable.
David FC - Season Update
S9-L9
S4-L4
Both Teams started the season OK.
S9 has qualified in Cup & won 1st CL fixture, although lost 1st league match (but will improve).
S4 won 1st league match, but was dispatched in Cup & lost 1st CL fixture (but will progress).
Both teams have minimal squads, & are looking at strengthening.
S9 is about 'on the JM benchmark' with: 2.3 year younger squad; $20M more cash; 1Q less; & a MV $66M less than JM (but I have a minimal squad (14), and need to increase MV of squad)
S4 about the same with: my squad 2.6 years younger; less cash (obviously, this is a 35T league); Q is 1.6 more than JM, MV $3M less (once again a minimal squad).
As you can tell I use the JM data (obviously not stadium size) to see how 'balanced' I am re: age; budget; Av Q; & MV.
Still enjoying the challenges of 1 'higher' level league & 1 very active league, with 6 very active & friendly managers (ex FPL).
3 Teams - mid 40's, 40 & 40.
Aims
1. CL position every team, every season
2. Assn in Gold 1 or Platinum
In a match marred with double injuries, goalkeeper Nuno Leal scored 3 free kicks and a penalty, helping Perfect Tactics beating Jokowow FC 10-0.
Injury count: 3 (+2)
-Ruslan Kusov (4 days), yellow to Gunanjar Gasenda, FK scored directly
-Jeremie Upton (4 days), no booking, FK scored directly

AEPRE FC
In the league opener today Ninjaa FC played against what appears to be an abandoned team. They were playing 2 GKs as STs. In the 19th minute, with the score at 2-0, an opposing defender was shown the red card, and an avalanche of goals followed. The result was an emphatic 13-0 victory at home to start the season, which is the highest scoring game Ninjaa FC has had. 2 players scored hat tricks, and 5 players received 9s for form.
In the CL opener, Ninjaa FC started 9 backups (one starter there is currently no backup for, and the other had 2 yellows in the 1st round of the cup). The team played well and the game ended in a 3-0 win, but 2 players went down with minor (2 day) injuries.
The 1st leg of the qualifying round of the Cup was an away match against a tough team. One of the opposition's best players went down with an injury in the 16th minute, and one of their defenders was shown a red card in the 30th minute. Since the opponents were playing in a 3w-4-1-2, this left their defense exposed, and the lead was extended to 4-0 at half-time. Early in the 2nd half, Ninjaa FC's GK went down with an injury, and unfortunately my 2nd GK was in reserves, so a normal defender had to be placed at GK. The result was a 6-3 victory, greatly increasing the odds of Ninjaa FC advancing to the next round, however it also ties for the most goals ever conceded in one game by Ninjaa FC.
3 matches, 3 wins, so I suppose it was a good day. The 4 total injuries in one day is a bit worrisome, but only 1 match scheduled for tomorrow, and it's against a team that already has 2 players suspended in league play after only 1 game.![]()
