5 Champions league
2 Runner-up
4 Cups
2 Runner-up
1 Treble
League: Buffs FC stumble to a 1-1 draw against 5th place Jengking FC. Buffs still sit second but expect to lie 3rd after the round of matches is complete.
GK McGregor, Mr Consistency, rates a 3.
Goals: McFadden (54).
Jengking started 4-4-2 and Buffs Mad elected to go 3-4-1-2.

Cup Q2: The Buffs close out the tie with a 4-0 home win (7-0 agg).
Goals: McFadden (36, 70, 89), Murdoch (79). Unfortunately Paul McStay suffered a Calf Strain (4 days). (Engine hates my MCs.)
Buffs Mad had sent his troops out in a 3N-4-1-2 but hadn't a clue why, so he changed it to 4-3N-3 after 55 mins.
2nd loss in the League this season (already more than entire last season): 1-0. The PaceWhores were dominating the whole game except for that one attack on 14th minute. Some shady stuff from the players like turning counterattacks on right after we conceded and not having a single counterattack till the 88th minute and finally during that counterattack McInnes instead of going straight for goal (what he does best) decides to run down the flank and make a cross even though we were playing passing through the middle...
Fortunately the League match now looks like a vague dream because of what happened after that: Cup, 2nd leg, home, 1-0 down in the first leg. The match kicks off, on 35th minute Gabriel Musiol puts us back in the game: 1-0. Despite again being in control of eberything we fail to score in 90 minutes and go into extra time. On 100th minute opponent's DMC picks up a 2nd yellow card. We beseige their penalty determined to fight till the end... Literally at the end of the extra time, on 117th minute, AML Thongchai Senagul passes to AMC Edmel Reginald who fires home, 2-0!! The PaceWhores remain in the Cup!
P. S. One more f*ck logic moment: switched from normal to hard tackling today and didn't get any cards in both today's matches, for the first time this season!

First loss this season,in league.. AGAINST 2 LEVELS HIGHER TEAM !! I didnt notice it until now .. 2 levels higher team in league, thats odd
anyway lost 1-2 and I lost in a ****ty way.. got 2 red cards at full morale and normal tackling.
in Cup we got a draw but it was because i played the 2nd squad.I had already 3-0 so i didnt think i would conceive more than 3 goals.. The results was 1-1
Still, after the loss in league we are 2nd,only 1st place is unbeaten and he is the strongest in league (5-6* players only, probably tanked last season)

The win streak continued today as Ninjaa FC won 3-0 on the road in league play. I learned an important lesson about one of my strikers today. Fernando Arroyo (4 star ST, only ST on my squad below 5 stars) will almost always become the focal point of the offense, even when paired with a much better striker. Last season, when paired with Arroyo, then 6 star (now 5 star) striker, Marcos Herrero, had half as many goals as assists, with most of his assists on goals scored by Herrero. Today, when Arroyo was paired with 6 star striker Majid Kalaei, Kalaei assisted Arroyo in scoring 2 of the 3 goals, and Kalaei didn't score any goals. Previously in league matches, Kalaei (when paired with Herrero) was averaging 4 goals per match.
In the 2nd leg of the Cup qualifying round, Ninjaa FC won 3-2 at home to secure a spot in the next round (aggregate 9-5). Fantastic performance from Kalaei, who scored 2 late goals (77', 88'). The defense didn't perform as well as hoped, but even a 2-0 loss would have been good enough to advance.
Ninjaa FC has now defeated 2 level 4 teams in a row in Cup play, and will face yet another in the next round. I'm hoping to avoid level 5 teams until the later rounds, as there are quite a few that started the season at the same average quality as Ninjaa FC, but then went out and purchased multiple 7 star players (5 star for their level, since they are 2 levels ahead).
Don't think I mentioned it before, but I did manage to pick up a 5 star ML/AML yesterday. 1 hour later, a Nordgen ML/AML appeared on the market....
