Negotiation Type Transfer How?

How can i add my own player to Negotiations Transfer List ? and what is the purpose of this list ? whose players are there ?

you need too be level 4 and upwards and too get player`s on neg list they need to 1 skill point away from next star and they will automatic go on neg list, it`s just waiting for bids where you can also earn tokens but if buy from here not only do you offer other team tokens but Nordeus will also take extra tokens

i'm level 32 and max i can buy for this level 179 quality player. So if my player's quality is 180 and above is he automatic go on neg list ?

and there is names are written blue on neg list what is mean ? free player ?

if your level for 5 star player`s is 179 then they need too be 1 skill point away from 6 star to go on neg list and as you are high level you can sell 4 and 3 star player`s as long as they are 1 skill point away from next star, it`s just waiting for bids too come in and with the blue on neg list they are not free they are player`s from your friends list
