    Max League level 19?

    Today i saw something that bothers me and i need some good answers.

    I have some friends that they are above the league level (20,21,22), but they still remain in the same league with level 19.
    I wanted to see if they change their former club but when i saw in the trophy room i saw that they have the exact number of trophies (league) like the have in their manager level.
    So i want to know will i have in my server (107) a max league level of 19 or 31?

    Yes at your server the max league is around 19...

    And from where 35 popped in ???

    This topic is old, The highest known league level I've came across is L37.

    The highest on my server is L31 which where I am and every server is different.

    The Top server if don't have 14 teams to play in next league, repeat the same League level. In my case I've 24 level teams in League level 20 because stopped 4 seasons during the 24 seasons played.

    Than in this case the best solution to make a team is to take all players from your academy and train them.
