When they lose a star, that means they go from like 30 to 25? What is the reason behind this? Does it happen every season?

Ok I see but the player will remain at the same level as he was before, meaning 30. So if you go to level 2 it will happen or it will happen no matter what level you are at? So in that case a 30 level 6 star will be better than 30 level 5 star?
Thanks!
When I do the power training, if I have a player at 98% condition VS another player at 65%, will they train at the same level or the guy with a better condition will train better?
Again, really appreciate all your help mate!
is it a must to use players whose quality ends with a 4 or 9? eg, i have a 19yo who has 22 in quality but is the best trainer of my entire team. would power training be wasted on him?
Hi, was thinking about starting some PT. Is there not a bonus to training up a 5* to 6* and then next season he is a 5*? I'm only in S1 (started about halfway through). Was thinking about PT'ing some young players to have me in decent form for next season. Was 12 points or so behind when I started this season so no chance of winning the league this time.
Decided not to PT. Will just train up a few guys who are not far away from next star to do a squad players next season and try and sell the rest.
what do you mean? I know they will lose stars in comparison to the new league... but won't their skill level still be the same (And thus the requirement for PT) ?
Btw, why did you recommend to PT the 4 or 9 players? I'm guessing there is a logic behind it that i am missing.
i still don't get how u get so many green packs, guys) rly)
Do that without buy tokens is impossible, isn't it?
I know i asked this, but I didnt write it down and cant find the thread^^
Whats good training values for power trainer?
hard training: stretching 30-40, cardio 60-80, match 90-120
Does this stay the same for all star levels?

So it seems like my new striker D Jarecki trains amazingly well, should I be training the crap out of him before the new season starts?
Will his training slow down as he gets a year older? I want to push him up to at least 20 asap.
Also... any idea why my 21 year old ST E Laquidain only got 20 points from that training session?! He's so young, but trains so slowly, is it because he is 5*? That doesn't make sense to me since L Zhu got 148 and he is 4*
So after making the last post, I decided to train both of the players at the same time to see if it was just a one off, or if my 21 year old striker really does train that slowly. The result is from a hard intensity practice match is below... 21 year old gets 16 and the 20 year old gets 136!!!
21 year old is the highest quality player in my squad, I think I will probably sell him towards the end of next season, I can still use him since his quality is good, he just doesn't progress via training at all. He should hopefully still fetch a good price at the end of next season.

he is a year older but maybe he is just a slow trainer, July would be the best one to ask but I do remember him saying it is not worth PT players less than 5*
Which practice generate more sp?
Practice match? or u go for all of it?
Practice but you need to do all 3 each hour!
I once tried to figure out which one is the most effective training method (the amount of skill gained based on decrease in stamina) but I did not come up with a conclusive answer that one is better than the other two. I think they are all about the same.
Which mean young player generate more sp when PT?
Thanks to all for the help and I'm in my second season.
I read the whole thing.
I have a few quick questions:
1. - Ability points are lost if you do not use? pass from one season to the next?
2. - From what quality do you recommend to start training a player?
worthwhile to train a 22-year-4-star-quality 19?
and a 18-year-5 star-quality 29?
Or is it better to start from divisions antrenar higher and with more quality players.
Thanks for the help
How can i train only one or two palyer(s)?
Got a question ! Which training can give the same amount of exp as playing in the match ?? Do training give more exp than matches ???
The best one would be 3 bars hard training match practice, it varies with regard to experience training vs playing a match depending on age, training speeds and how well they have played in the match.
