Choose players and train them constantly and using rest packs to recover their condition to continue training them.
Intense training.
Invest in green packs and train your players on hard training every hour. It is more token efficient than using the personal trainer
I bought the player below yesterday from transfermarket. 28 green packs later he has 49 skill points.
Attachment 2118
Hard training. But I keep the player in the green of his condition bar.
Are You serious???
28 rest packs??
And he jumped from 39-49????
He is quality 39 with 49 skill points.
15 skill points = 1 quality.
So in quality he went from 39 to 43.
Ok my bad! I got you wrong...
I was shocked right now!!!
With the training speed this player has he will reach scout lvl tommorrow. He will go higher easy. Meaning he will be a long time in the team.
You will notice a huge drop in progress once he hits scout.
I had one last season, 18yo MC needed 6 SP to scout as soon as he hit scout his progress halved, now he is 5* again his speed has doubled again.
So far no SP have been assigned. Saving them up to spend em in a long run. Dunno if that keeps up his speed though. Hoping it is.
I guess it will, the engine won't recognize them until they are stuck on his ass.
No injuries during the sessions.
How many sessions did you give him.
This is what I'm doing at the moment...

lol and i was thinking they will remove the skill point every 24 h if is not used :O
is it worth spending 50 skill points on a special ability rather than 3 in quality?
omg ! thank you :p
How many rest packs have you gone through so far?
I've done 200 rest packs, for 150 left and I'm going to get 200 more soon
I wont go for more pt, you can check second best team in my league in the pic below, rest teams average is around 38 to 43 quality.

So I wont pt more, as not to spoil small remaining challenge factor.
How can I earn green packs if I can't watch videos? Any other method to earn them than the tokens one?
Said this before and here I go again, there seems to be something I'm missing here.
Your training in the main 6 players at circa 100 RP each, so say you take them to 7* this season, next season there a year older and in most cases will not take anymore PT.
6* 22yo from the scout = around 10 players for what you are spending.
There must be around 30 top teams in my negotiations L6 the number of 7* players could be counted on one hand, I'm not sure where you see the competition coming from to warrant all the PT.
Obviously there is some benefit in cash flow terms and wages.
Personally I'd sooner have 18 6* than a mix of 5/6/7*.
I could change my mind of course, one thing I have noticed this season in the scout list to date is the lack of quality with 9's in them.
Seem to get a lot with 50 in one but the other two are like 52/53 which even for a 22yo is a big ask to get 7* though he would be pretty close so would be a scout again the following season.
Of course none of this applies to Petersson he is a one off IMO. :)
I got the sense the power training is meant for younger player.
I put 3 bar for 26 y/0 and he out for 18 days with broken legs.
Is it true that injury tend to happen in training for older player?
Trying to PT a 26YO is like well! .......... pissing in the wind ..... there's only one out come ........ wet feet ...... wear wellies or turn round. :D
Hi all,
I'm fairly new to Top Eleven, having just signed up a few days ago. However i have won all my games so far, quite convincingly running with a 4-5-1VStyle.
Can someone help me as regards to this power training your all talking about? I am a NEWBIE so remember to keep it simple :)
Thanks :)
how many restpacks do I need for 75 skill points???
he is 18 and a fast trainer
