So far no SP have been assigned. Saving them up to spend em in a long run. Dunno if that keeps up his speed though. Hoping it is.

It does. Once your player hits the next star, their progress level will decrease because the player is considered a developing player by the game engine. So your best bet is to stockpile your skill points until you're finished.

but if i bought one from the scout list? will his development rate at age of 22 will be as bad?
