Which is what I'm saying the player in question is 2 SP from 7* I have three in the bank.
So if what you saw two seasons ago is still applicable then his training gains will slow tomorrow.
Kissi has been on PT since early this evening I'm logging each gain for each mode, there seems no pattern EG 1st session of each mode, 120 - 52 - 23, (195 Avg. 65) as soon as one mode finished it was started again, second session each mode, 65 - 49- 19 (133/44.3), he's now done 7 practice, 8 Cardio, 12 Stretching, the last session of each is 77 - 39 - 21 ( 137/45.6)
The ranges in each mode are Practice 120/59, Cardio 53/38, Stretching 28/17
I'm just thinking this is what you saw.
