    ST player on MC position

    Hi there,

    in my next match I will be using a formation with only 1 striker . My team possess 2 very good strikers (5*) and my MC's are 4* and 3*. My question is , would you place a very good striker on MC position to substitute 3* player ? thx

    There will be exceptions, I am talking about the general rule.

    No, I wouldn't, you will lose possession 5% at least, and depending on the player he will mostly like suck at that position!

    ST <=> AMs
    AMs <=> MCs
    MCs <=> DMs
    Dms <=> Ds
    Maybes' ?

    xL <=> xC <=> cR again a good maybe they will perform?

    ST<=/=>Ms is a no! There will be exceptions, I am talking about the general rule, your ST will more than likely do a 7 or less!

    Toss up between correct counter formation with players out of position, or bad counter with people in the right places, depends on your opponent really?

    Disagree, its a position u can play, as it's a position they can learn to play easy... U can try
    It's not a no go at all
    If it's a player who plays in the opponents half anyway u can exchange them, cause it's their circle anyway

    yes but he can put a player in this position cause they as offensive minded player should perform ok
    As an mc with red arrows is like a amc which is like striker so i think if the quality ok no problem if just for a game..
    A defender as amc would suck probably but offensive minded player u can exchange i think...

    Understood.... but my advice to him, I will still hold firm to, best not to do it, and reformulate his formations.

    I agree, in a friendly try first cause probably not every st could play a decent mc haha, i tried once a dmc plays mc, was a disaster, cause i think (don't know) defense minded player can play every defensive position and offensive minded player the other way around, but i can't see a dc gives a striker haha. Noone would train a striker as dc but u see people train the mc striker cause makes sense probably cause of attacking skills already exist, so for a game might work (never tried)
