OK... what did I do wrong here?

I hate this, you can play a league game against a well run team and get a 6-0 or better, then next game with same line up and formation against a team with a ST in goal, no GK on pitch and maybe 1 player in right position and struggle to get a 1-0. Last season I played a team of DMC's & MC's only in all 11 positions and won 1-0, then won title after beating 2nd place 5-0

Teams in 1st 7th 8th and 11th are the only human-run teams.... at least humans that
show up regularly.... the other teams all have 12-15 players only.... and players OOP....

The guy in 11th is working very hard at his team... yet only has a win because of my
jacked up formation the other day with all 11 players OOP.... turns out you can't change
formation in the last few minutes b4 a game

So 1st place is token buyer.... the rest of us humans are getting chewed up by the server....
