Best time to sell players and should i buy new players ?

last season i won league and CL. Lost in cup final
My avg quality is 24
I checked my cup draw and few teams are level 4 which are stronger than me.
CL group also have one strong team

How i supposed to know my player going to be 5 star ?

Mouse over a player stars... you got some numbers there... You should know that after every last number 4 or 9 that player will get another star.

Ex: You got a 4star **** player. You mouse over his stars and you see the number 29. That player is close to be 5 stars (at level 3)

couple of my 4 stars player have 29 quality and 4-5 others have 27 quality
