Haven't said that he's low lvl, im manager lvl22=oldschool 1 (playing with 2nd club lvl 10), he's oldschool 2.
I think that on higher lvls clubs have good finances so you don't need to buy and sell FA, but on lower lvls if you want to have strong squad with talented players, unless you loan money from bank, you'll need financial help through FA + cup and CL bonuses. I went through that, but used only few FA per season, not that much.

Nah i never bought a FA when i was low level manager. I never had problems with the money. I always had problems with buying the players from auction. But now when i will almost reach the max club level on my server i can buy any player with max 3 tokens (Usually i buy them for 1 ). So that means i don't prefer to buy FA.
