He has unlocked the MOGUL LEVEL 3 which seems impossible...Does he have a hobby of buying and selling players for no reason......

Maybe he buys and sells free agents. Is useful on low levels, high-level clubs have better finances.

But he can't be a low level club. Look at the Old School achievement, he has level 2. Maybe he does have a hobby

i`v done goal machine + top done and gentleman ( only 3 level`s ) that and next month level 2 with old school and 100 more wins top dog level 4 BUT mogul i`m level 1 and need 40 more transfer`s for level 2 << proves how much i`m a tight ass in transfer market and why i have soo many tokens

Yea you are right, I just buy from the market 7 players selling 11 players (In one season) and that is 18 (maximum) for my mogul achievement so i will need a lot of seasons to maximize this achievement.
Now i have 75/100 for my 2nd level

Haven't said that he's low lvl, im manager lvl22=oldschool 1 (playing with 2nd club lvl 10), he's oldschool 2.
I think that on higher lvls clubs have good finances so you don't need to buy and sell FA, but on lower lvls if you want to have strong squad with talented players, unless you loan money from bank, you'll need financial help through FA + cup and CL bonuses. I went through that, but used only few FA per season, not that much.

Why they don't count our results for archievements from our first career day? When they made archievements tab recently, I was interested to check my stats, and only archievement was old school. Statistics for goals, wins and transfers were on 0. They haven't included previous stats, why?

Nah i never bought a FA when i was low level manager. I never had problems with the money. I always had problems with buying the players from auction. But now when i will almost reach the max club level on my server i can buy any player with max 3 tokens (Usually i buy them for 1 ). So that means i don't prefer to buy FA.

Does your friend plays a lot of friendly matches every day? I have one that has archieved both top dog and goal machine lvl 3, he play every day friendly matches.

Because to include previous stats you first need to have those stat......
